I'm trying to figure out the name of a part.  It looks kinda like
a star-type lock washer, but fits tightly on the shaft, not loose
like a washer.

It slides on one way but not slide off because the "rays" on the star
bend a bit as they contact the shaft and only let the star move one way.

Anyone know what these things are called?  They are used (for instance)
to hold wheels on the axles of cheap dollies or wheels on wagon axles.

Lost one, need to replace it.
