With all those lines snaking all over the top of the engine -- scary!  I
really was tempted to plumb in metal tubing around the perimeter of the
engine bay and run short rubber lines down to the injectors -- however
I've sort of learned not to try to be smarter than the engineers who do
this for a living...

Also I guess any such solution would ideally need to be mounted on
stand-offs from the motor so it would not move relative to the motor
during acceleration.
