'Tis quite possible. Several people, including myself, met with a rep
from Westfalia last month. I had dinner with the dude. :-) He also had
other meetings with key people in the US RV industry, the owner of
westfalia.org, and the designer of the Verdier concept camper. According
to the rep, Westfalia is dead serious about re-entering the US market.
Since the Routan is the only current/new VW van for North America, the
plan is to use that one. However...noises continue to be heard that
under VW's new leadership the Microbus concept may not be so dead after
all. Stay tuned...
