I call my axe the "stupid piece of brass pipe" ..... ;^) Naming Vanagons/Westys? I rarely say my Westy's name aloud (Jaco) though I often referred, aloud, to my sky blue Ford Courier as the "Blue Flame". (notice the big honkin' Candy Apple Red flame(s): http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/courier.jpg The name Jaco is pretty accurate in my books, and is a term of endearment, but I have also thought of it as "Wiggly" (in cross winds) and a lady friend of mine calls it the "Vanagogo". Whatever. :^) Neil. On Wed, Oct 1, 2008 at 1:57 PM, Matthew Snook <matt@snooksband.com> wrote: > It's rather like musicians naming their axe - "Lucille" being the prime > example. Others never do.
