Could you be more specific?   IE: how do I test?

Only wire I see directly to the ECU in the wiring diagram is terminal #1 at the ECU.

AND

if there is no signal, does that mean bad Distributer or bad signal generator (hall distributor)??

Does it matter, because i believe ONLY entire rebuilt distributrors are available, not rebuild kits.
