A little trick I picked up from the Cubscouts is a Cardboard Box
Oven. The brownies and pizzas were delicious! check out the link:

The design can be altered once you see how it works in principle. It
is actually quiet effective. It only needs a small supply of coals.
Keep a fire extinguisher near by... Bon appetit.
