BTW, if you disconnect the steering shaft coupler right at the steering
rack, the steering wheel can be spun 360�.  It has no stops.

Now, if your toe is adjusted right on and the wheels are pointing
absolutely straight ahead and your steering wheel is not perfectly
centered, you can remove the steering wheel and reposition it.
