I had an '85 manual that bucked almost every time I passed through the 2800 RPM mark. It ran fine everywhere else. After cleaning a lot of grounds, replacing old sensors etc, it turned that a new ECU fixed the issue completely. If you have one available (I bought mine for $50) it's a quick check that could save you a lot of time. - Aaron On Nov 3, 2008, at 9:30 AM, craig cowan wrote: > Hello guys.My '85 is running so astonishingly well, i have nothing to > complain about except that it tend to buck a little at or just above > 2K rpm > if you hold it there for a considerable amount of time while the > engine's > warm.
