Use beetle exhaust gaskets.  The exhaust opening is smaller than the one
that the Vanagon uses.
  I used the round end of a ball peen hammer to persuade them into the
header opening, which opens them up to the necessary inside diameter.
  Works great in a pinch where you can't find the correct Vanagon ones......
