   Ed, a few years back we were in a bit of a jam and friends of mine
shipped one from Atlanta GA to Angleton, TX via Greyhound.  The
shipping container was a Rubbermaid Roughneck storage tub.  The 'Hound
is supposedly the cheapest alternative, and is relatively speedy.
