Yessir!! Fasten those seat belts. They do save lives. Accidents - which are always unintended and unexpected - DO HAPPEN! Once, quite unintentionally and totally unplanned for - I flew a Cessna 180 through an outside loop!! If I had not had my seat belt cinched down tight, I prol''ly would not have gotten out of that little maneuver alive. By being strapped in instead of being flung around loose and uncontrollably in the cockpit, I managed to get things back under control and make a safe landing. Of course my nerves were shattered and my britches were full, but I'm still here and that's what counts. Seat belts matter - whether in an airplane or a car. Without seat belts on , rolling a car over is just as dangerous as un-intentionally rolling an airplane over - and the damage to your person as a result can be as fatal in either one. Fasten your seatbelts!!
