In addition to changing your fuel lines, upgrade to AAA Plus for the free 100 mile towing in the (unlikely??) event of a breakdown while on a trip.

Trust me, one day you'll be happy you can get a tow to a VW specialist, or close to home, not just the Shell station down the road.

I just renewed AAA in California and they invited me to the AAA Premier program, 200 miles free towing.

I'm surprised they offer AAA Plus/Premier to Vanagon owners, they must lose money on most of us...
