Most likely the radio is just responding to the voltage drop of the battery while cranking the engine. If it is a good, high power radio and you just hooked it up to the original wiring it is not adequate anyway. The radio in Grover has started turning off and then back on if it is on when I start the bus up. Now everything seems to be working fine but this is new behavior. Is this a sign of pending electrical doom? I'm not sure what to make of it. Any and all advice is appreciated and I thank you in advance. -- Thanks, Jeff '90 Carat (Grover) '86 (We call this one Parts) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus ------------------------------------------------------------ + To unsubscribe from the Vanagon List send an e-mail to + listserv@gerry.vanagon.com with SIGNOFF VANAGON + in the body of the message. ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ + To unsubscribe from the Vanagon List send an e-mail to + listserv@gerry.vanagon.com with SIGNOFF VANAGON + in the body of the message. ------------------------------------------------------------
