An easy way is to get a key cut from the "Key code"

You can remove a front door handle by opening the door and pulling the
door gasket away, just a bit, immediately aft of the handle which will
expose a single Phillips head screw.  Remove this screw then push the
door handle forward a slight amount.  The handle will then come right
out of the door.  The key code is on one of the two tines.  You'll
probably have to clean the tines a bit to see it.  It's a 4 digit code.

Reinstallation is, like they say, the reverse of removal.
