dear navigator

do you ever contact Garmin with updates to correct stuff you have discovered
to be wrong?
from what the tow truck driver who last towed our vanagon told me-- he
routinely sends updates and corrections to his GPS supplier
the service he has is on a monthly subscription and now because he has
offered so many corrections --
they gave him a very long payment holiday --
i do not have a GPS -- we use our MacBookPro
but ... have found ourselves unacquainted enough with an area and unable to
get internet --
and have discussed a GPS -- just have not grabbed the brass ring yet --

i can tell you one thing for sure ...
the GPS information exchanged on this list is going to be very useful when
we pick --
thanks for the Garmin vote
yours

There are two kinds of jobs in the world:
Picking up garbage and telling people things.
Successful people do both, with the same good attitude. (riw)
