After going to the "Settings" page, and clicking the "Labs" tab,
scroll down to the "Custom Label Colors" add-on, click the "enable"
radio-button, scroll to the top or bottom of the page, and click "Save
Changes".

After that, you should be able to define custom colors to your labels.

~I'm not exactly sure why you need more custom colors, because the
built in colors are fine for my use.
