Chris,
I am doing the same in my 82 Vanagon with a 91 EcoDiesel.  How did you 
do your oilpan for the turbo return line?

For the motormount I haven't tackled that problem yet but I was 
talking to my friend that works at a machine shop and he didn't sound 
too encouraging until I mentioned I still had the Jetta engine mount.  
He then said we'd used the Jetta bracket and make what else was 
needed.  I haven't done this yet, hope to tackle this project over 
Christmas Break but thought I would mention this too you incase it would help.
