1. Concur. Primarily because it opens up discussions like #2 below.

2. Living on the left coast, if I need it NOW, I usually order from a
west coast supplier. If I'm ordering "for stock" I may order from the
east coast supplier.  The difference in shipping cost for 'NOW' from
the east coast eats up any perceived savings. As does the vagueness of
arrival date. "You can have it good, cheap, fast.  Pick two."
