I'm coming! I've been a lurker on this list for about 5 years, and time to meet some of the famous superstars! Had the luck of going to Buses By The Depot in Pennsylvania in October (was on a cross-country jaunt) and it was pretty cool. So look for a white '85 Vanagon GL with blue curtains and a homemade camping interior (featured in that video from BBTD). I plan to leave San Diego Wednesday and overnight in Laughlin ($15.99 rooms at the Tropicana Express), then south to Lake Havasu on Friday for a couple days. Hope it doesn't get cold like a year or two ago!

Oh, I'll try to camp near other Vanagons....from the looks of things, they are a minority compared to Splitties and Baywindows.

Alright, who's going to be at BBTB, now less than two weeks away?
