I don't know why your van isn't starting with its stock setup...but, I would opt for something similar to the propane injection system I have on my Mercedes. It uses a on/off switch wired through the ignition--this allows you to kill the entire circuit even when the ignition is on. That switch is in turn, feeding a momentary switch which triggers the injector -- Casey '87 300TD '94 100CSQ Avant '89 Bluestar
