Compression, all cylinders at 120?

Light Wiring: Year ago April, I was on the side roads of New Jersey. Flat
tire, rolling on the already spare & I lost my, near A-frame bottom shock
holding bolt, causing the flat. I found amazing guys to roll in a flat bed
and some cheer and hot coffee. Besides the point to my question is hazards
all night caused a burn, assumed b/c it's always on. the amber passanger
tail light. Any ideas.
