GoWesty,

I have dealt with GoWesty many times over the years since embarking on
this crazy Vanagon obsession.

They did a lot of work getting the roadhaus ready for my 2 yr / 60K
mile drive-about and I have purchased way too many gizmos from them
since then.

In "every case" they provided a high quality solution to a need and
Taylor, Lucas, and the rest of the team were always a pleasure to deal
with.

I think Taylor's letter of apology to the list is typical of GoWesty's
high standard of business excellence.

In many cases, GoWesty is the only supplier we have offering certain
solutions for our vehicles.

I don't always agree with everything GoWesty does and at times Lucas
and I have respectfully agreed to disagree ... but that's life.

As with all our other suppliers I am very grateful they are one of the
options we have.

Zoltan,

While not having any direct business dealings with Zoltan, I have had
many personal and public email exchanges over the years.

I have always found him to be honorable, credible and knowledgeable
about our vehicles.

Zoltan always seems ready to help and has contributed much to our
community and I'm very grateful he is with us.

Bottom line,

I suspect the "True Story" about this recent rant is in the details we
do not know nor need to know.

To GoWesty, Zoltan and the rest of our crazy community ... Happy New
Year and great prosperity and peace to all.
