I've listened to Car Talk enough to understand their humor. Any time they
suggest that a caller get another like car "for parts", they are really
jabbing at the caller for owning the car to begin with.

But they are right, we all could use a donor in the back yard to support our
addictions.....

i think callers with vanagons just call in because they know those guys hate
