I'd recommend Macintosh as the better computer. <giggle>

Seriously, use adaware and spybot search & destroy (in Safe Mode) to clean
up what you can then do a System Restore to a date prior to the infection.
If that doesn't fix it find a tech to clean it up. (Removal of this kind of
stuff from Windows machines is one of our main revenue streams. Pays the
salary of a full time 'hardware' tech.)

Then get a Mac.
