I've been a member of the list for a few years. I am not a frequent
contributor but my vote is to let Ben T or Chris or the others give the
administrator job a go on a rotating schedule, maybe monthly.  We DO need
some level of moderation, just not a dictatorship.  So what's the harm in
giving this a try and fine tuning it as we go along?  Please, Jim, can you
weigh in on some of this?

Same here. I was beginning to see the light at end of my DSL line then Jim
announced he was quitting. I wouldn't volunteer if Jim would just keep doing
what he was doing.
