Under the original rules, which can be seen by drilling down at
vanagon.com, tech stuff, camping stuff, and trip reports were all
encouraged.

I don't have a problem with community type posts as long as they're not
the primary list traffic.  I'm one of those that reads all posts so I
wouldn't be one to filter out (NVC) material.  BTW, I'll be 67 next month.
