My local VW dealership has that poster next to the parts window. Looks
like the Beetle was driven into a pool and the caption says something
to the effect that the car stayed afloat for 43 minutes.

Richard, I think there was a poster about it, showing a floating VW
Beetle in the background. And yup, I have a lot of extra time today,
Michael. I  just finished working exactly 84 hrs these past 7
days...did plenty of screwing around while I did that, too.
