Need more info.  Tat tat tat?  Was it mechanical sound, sharp sound?  Did
you get the same noise when you restarted?  Did you get full power when you
started up the hill?
Don't you think its some electrical mishap?  Loosing sparks?  ETC.  Is it a
good engine and all?
