Geez, I buy 'em (E-Code H4s) new all day long at the dealer two blocks away,
but I can't buy 'em used?  Whadda racket.

Do you have to provide photgraphic proof?  Then hammer up a couple of USA
DOT units (that's what they're worth anyway ;-)), take some pictures and
sign whatever docs to get that out of the way.  DOT folks can't tell from a
broken up set of glass pieces.

It's not like they're serial numbered.....

When my boss had his Swedish TriStar federalized, he asked for the H4 units
back from the bonded agent doing the job and he cheerfully put them in a box
in the vehicle when he got it back.
