Yes, I saw that too! I wrote the guy's name down to contact him via email. There is probably 4 mins of air time with this dude driving his Vanagon Westy! Another sighting: There is a commercial for a new job search company where all of these monsters are walking around like Godzilla and blowing up things. It is from a company called The Ladders. At one point when the monster blows up a group of cars you can just see an 85 GL Vanagon blowing up too. They have one scene where it is small and then another scene where they enlarge it. I had it on a recording on my computer and I saw it out of the corner of my eye and then stopped and rewinded it a couple of times. You have to look quick to see it. It is maybe 1 second. Through the magic of You Tube here is a link of you want to watch it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W89YXGQShCI Also the daily comic strip Zits has a VW Splittie being the first car of the teenage son in the strip. I guess that is all for now. Ken Wilford John 3:16 www.vanagain.com Kim Brennan wrote: > So I was watching the latest episode of PBS's NOVA.
