What can I expect to pay at a machine shop for this service? The lugholes HAVE to be precision drilled... otherwise you may end up with an off-center wheel and/or break studs. The BenT One told me that wheels drilled for 14mm studs will work on cars with 12mm stude; the nuts will have slightly less contact-area, but will be OK. This is for wheels which have concave seats, not flat seats! I had a set of 4 alloy wheels redrilled for my van, cost $50 (which included machining curb-scrubbing from 2 wheels). -- Andrew Grebneff Dunedin, New Zealand Fossil preparator Mollusc, Toyota & VW van nut <goose1047@gmail.com>
