hi Troy........ ET34 sounds perfect to me.......although I am certainly not any kind of 'wheel rim ET guru' .........I think ET35 is stock, and I just looked at a 14 inch alloy and it says ET 30, And there's leeway a few #'s either way. the rears can reach in a long way, no problem. But in the front clearance on the upright is a concern. 3/16 ths inch isn't too much of a spacer.... and ......now I realize why I grabbed those longer Eurovan front wheel mounting bolts the other day . ----- Original Message ----- From: "Troy" <colorworks@gci.net> To: "Scott Daniel - Turbovans" <scottdaniel@turbovans.com> Cc: <vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2009 1:56 PM Subject: Re: Mercedes Rim lug hole size > That's great info Scott. The ET of the rims I'm looking at are 34, (stock > is 30ET?) so maybe 4mm spacers will be needed up front (that's only 3/16") > so maybe no spacer at all.
