It's probably time to rework the ground clusters located behind the fuse
box. There are two "daisies" that (in my bus any way) get dripped on by
the leaky windshield.  I pulled off all the brown wires and redid the
connectors. The headlight grounds are here (dumb). I crimped eyelets on
these and secured to chassis for less loss.
