I purchased a 1980 westfalia that was a canadian model for use of the interior in converting my '85 to a westfalia. The van was DEFINATELY a canadian model and had the different location for the antenna and different camping hookups. It did however, come with a drip tray over the stove. So at least my Canadian van had it. Is it possible they switched mid year or it was an option? Maybe yours is just missing... -Craig '85GL turned WESTY On Sat, Feb 28, 2009 at 8:23 PM, Steve Williams <steve@celineandsteve.com>wrote: > Hi, > > After camping with my friends in their Eurovan which had the drip tray > over the stove, I'm completely converted. > > It is my understanding that this was a "US" feature, and Canadian > Westphalia's did not have this drip tray (well, mine doesn't). > > I have checked the various list vendor's websites, thesamba to no avail. > > Does anyone have one kicking around they would be willing to sell?
