I am the guy who had the engine seize about two weeks ago.  I decided to
keep my van (at least for now).  It has been sitting in my drive way.
If anyone comes across an extremely cheap running engine that they don't
want let me know.  My van is a 1984 Westfalia camper.  I believe it is a
1.9l.  It is water cooled.  I'm not looking for hand outs or sympathy
I'm just letting you know what the situation is.

Of course I would love to upgrade to a more modern engine ($) but that
is really not going to happen.  I might end up selling it as is if I
don't find a dirt cheap donor.

I am in Fairfield CA.  I might be able to travel on the west depending
on the circumstance.
