Can anyone help me with this? What would be the next step. Also the temp and gas gauge come on and off. I can get them to stay on by pulling out the big plug that connects all the ribbon strip. Pulling it out a little or wiggling it a little makes them come on. But doesn't do anything for the lights. -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of dj Sent: Monday, March 09, 2009 10:31 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: how to remove an instrument panel bulb Can someone tell how to remove an instrument panel bulb? The one for the speedometer on my 84 Vanagon is not working and I want to take it out to look at it. I have tried pulling and turning the small plastic housing around it but no luck. Thanks, deek
