In the situation you describe (same car available from more than one dealer)
the first and only rule is don't be afraid to get up and walk out.
But another consideration is the service department, what is their
reputation on warranty service?
And as others have pointed out sell private and buy private (used) if you
can.  Lot's of dollar savings there.
