dear oil in overflow evidence... 1. oil is in overflow ... not reservoir deduction ... oil can will not likely travel though system as overflow is a place to gather overflow (so it does not spill on ground) 2. no oil in engine oil reservoir deduction ... oil and water have not mixed 3. no frothing mentioned in any of the emails deduction ... no oil coolant mix 4. no loss of power noted deduction ... no mix of oil and coolant first place i would go ... using a turkey basting squeeze bulb tube thingy (technical name) suck all the fluid out of over flow run vehicle as normal ... Dont drive just run it in place ... no need to risk a tow or disabled vehicle in traffic my bet is the mystery will clear up completly ... bad firestone good luck yours On Mon, Mar 23, 2009 at 8:24 AM, Michael Sullivan <sandwichhead@gmail.com>wrote: > Since the oil was changed before the trip and it has sat in my driveway for > a week, IF the oil was added before the trip, it would have traveled > throughout the system by now, right?
