On a recent trip to the Philippines, I saw street vendors selling these sort od rain deflectors. They carrier various lengths which they trimmed and bent to fit just about an car right at curbside. The operation looked to take about 5 minutes per window. Whilst I don't expect you to fly to Manila to get a set made, I can't see a reason why you can't buy them in the US which is made for a larger window (even on a non-VW) and just trim. Then bend ends over a small pipe for correct contour. Sheet metal welding pliers with wide jaws can double as sheetmetal brake to form the mounting flanges. Regards, BenT
