Thanks to everyone who provided information and feedback on my question.
VERY much appreciated, and as HOPED your information is giving me some great
food for thought and a foundation for what could be some fantastic ideas.

One thing that I failed to mention in my initial email is that I was let go
from an advertising agency in Las Vegas.
Background is in marketing/advertising, primarily working on the Chevrolet
retail business.

Way I see it, I "get" Vanagons, and I "get" automotive marketing.

The passion is there, and I know that there's SOMETHING there . . . an angle
that I've been missing.

And I think I'm close.
