RE: Rear Brake Adjusters
First, look for the thread from last week that I started on this exact
subject.
Apparently most common error is putting the return springs on upside down,
they then jam the adjuster and don't let it work.
In my case the lube that had been put on the adjusters had acted more like a
glue, was solid and the adjusters were frozen.
And in that thread you should find a link to several go instructions on rear
brakes.
