One more time... repeat after me... "There no Weekenders made in '85, only Westfalia Wolfsburg Edition campers." http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/lit/85wolfsburgedition/page4.jpg The only reference to Vanagon "Weekender Package" is to hard-top Vanagons with a folding rear seat and engine compartment cushion for sleeping. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/lit/85vanagon/page10.jpg A Weekender did not arrive until the Eurovan in the form of a pop-top camper with a folding rear seat for sleeping and no cabinetry whatsoever. 2009/4/18 Mike S <mikes@flatsurface.com> > At 11:55 AM 4/18/2009, miguel pacheco wrote... > >> It has the pop-top (which is almost the same color as the body,) >> matching pinstriping down the sides, Wolfsburg badges on driver and >> pass sides, fridge mounted behind pass seat (currently missing, but >> will come with the van,) jump-seat mounted behind driver >> seat, shredomatic interior, plastic interior panels with table, rear >> cabinets (one upper with AC and one on the side.)
