Wal-Mart usually has it but my local one has really seemed to be cutting the stock levels of oil lately so it can be hit-or-miss.  Not sure if this applies to all stores.

I would say it should be available at nearly any "parts" store, though Wal-Mart will likely be a dollar or two cheaper (if they have it).

There is also a "Turbo Diesel" blend, 15W-40 I think, it is actually Delvac-1 in a Mobil-1 bottle.  It's more expensive than the 15W-50, and harder to find.
