I have no personal experience with California State Park Camp Grounds
but during a recent trip through OR, I heard comments from fellow
travelers and hosts, saying CA state parks are no where near as nice
as the OR parks.

I can say that w/o exception, *each* OR SP CG I've stayed at has been
at least good. Some excellent.

Of course not suggesting stay away from CA (I hope to wiggle down
there in my '81 one of these days), just that the CA SP CG's may not
be that good or as nice as some others.
