Subject:O2 sensor transition time

Running an '89 2.1l -- how fast should the O2 sensor change
states?  I don't mean how often, but literally how rapidly at say
3,000 rpm to go from .7v to 0 or the other way on Ken's little
gizmo.  Mine seems kinda lazy to me, but it's been a long time since
I've seen a new one running.
