I'm sure everyone has their own opinion, but I would say useable.
I have re-used bearings in this condition in I4 VW motors for many miles
with good results.
Having said all that, it's much easier to change rod bearings in an I4 than
WBX.  If you can get new bearings for a decent price, may not be a bad idea
to replace them.
Also check the condition of your crank journals.
