That's so "Government Mandate"....You are lucky they didn't fall right off
after your 'inspection' and cause your death...while making you safer....

  So many of "our" laws about vehicles make things worse, not better at
all.
I won't start on that thread though.

  One should always double check whenever someone else messes with your
vehicle...especially some so-called "Certified" guy...
