Wow, you water-cooled guys have a ton of fuel lines in there. I don't get to
see many vanagons, so all I really know is my 81 air cooled.

Yea, I would definitely be changing hosed really often if I had that much. I
have done mine a few times, but it only takes about 18 inches of hose on the
air cooled.

 It appears that the burning van in the pic is air cooled, and, gasp, its
the same color as mine!! :-)

I just did a top end rebuild on mine, and came up with hardly any
compression in two cylinders, so it was kind of theraputic to see one
burning, based on how I feel right about now lol!!

However, my condolences and sympathies to the owner. I don't mean to make
light of what a disaster that must be on a personal level.
