Thanks to everyone who responded, here is what I bought, found them at Lowes.

Stanley, 3/8" (10mm) Screw & Snap Fastener Kit.
It has 6 snap sets and they replaced the screws in the overhead
behind front seats in the '84 Westy just fine.
The stock number on the Stanley "Screw & Snap Fastener Kit" package
was "FS38K".
