1. I was having surgery when this long-lived thread was launched. Frankly
I'm not sure what it's about -- someone could p-mail me about that, plz.

2. Opt-out plans? Not a big fan of those but since I don't know what this
is about, see (1), above.

On a personal note, I'd be more open-minded about this if we could get rid
of that silly spelling of Fridayian. Fridayean. Oh, forget it.
